The game and its provider
Ukrštenica is a free game for iOS and Android. It is provided by Miodrag Simeunović PR Računarsko programiranje Pregršt, Grdička 18, 36000 Kraljevo, registration no. (MB) 65205408, tax ID (PIB) 111121635 (“Gardoim”).
By downloading and using the game you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Accounts
An account is not required. If you create one, you must be at least 15 years old and give accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account.
You can delete your account at any time, as described on the Delete account page.
Rules of use
Use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not modify the app, bypass ads or protections, scrape content automatically, or disrupt our servers.
If you break these rules, we may restrict or close your account.
Content and copyright
The crosswords, clues, design and code belong to Gardoim. You may share screenshots and results, but you may not copy or publish the crosswords as your own.
Ads
The game is free because it shows ads through Google AdMob. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads. How ads are shown and how consent is managed is explained in the Privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We do our best to publish a new crossword every day, but we do not guarantee that the game will always run without interruption. We may change the game, its features and these terms. We tell you about major changes in the app.
Liability
The game is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Gardoim is not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the game, or for the loss of progress stored only on your phone.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes fall under the court in Kraljevo, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.
